WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
UNLIMITED MILEAGE
Mileage is free: you can drive
as much as you like. There are no limits on how far you can drive
in the vehicle (provided you stay inside the country where you
booked the car).
TAXES
Value Added Taxes (VAT) on the vehicle
are included in the car hire price. There are no additional payment
taxes.
CIVIL LIABILITY INSURANCE
Third Party Insurance (Civil Liability
Insurance) covers damages in case of an accident with another
vehicle. This insurance is obligatory for car hire and would cover
all damages except those listed in the section "Damages to be
Paid".
EXCESS CHARGE
You do not have to pay any excess charge.
Just bear in mind the damages listed in the previous paragraph.
Verify the section "damages caused" so that concerning that matter
not doubts are remaining. Our idea is that your rental is the
most competivive one. FORGET ABOUT THE EXCESS CHARGE.
FUEL
All vehicles are received with a full tank. When you finish with your car you should turn it in with an empty tank, as a fee is charged for refilling the tank.
You receive the car with a full tank and you turn it in with an empty tank.
Prices for refilling the tank range from 40€ for small cars to 60€ for large cars.
OPTIONAL EXTRAS
You have the option of adding: a luggage rack on top of the vehicle if there’s not enough room for all your luggage in the trunk; a baby seat if you’re travelling with small children; or you can add an additional driver if you want another person to be able to drive the car.
The price of the extras you take, depending on your destination, will cost an average of 7 €uros per luggage rack, baby seat or additional driver.
ONE WAY RENTAL
Our collaborator Cicar allows the returning of the cars to another branch office without charging any extra fee. If you wish to choose this option, please tell us when realizing the reservation.
DAMAGES
Lost keys: if the keys are lost, the cost of the new keys and of the transportation to deliver them will be charged.
The wheels, rims and undersides of the vehicle are not included in the insurance policy and any repairs made to these elements must be paid if damaged.
Windshield breakage will be charged as the windshield is not covered by the insurance.
AFTER-HOURS
It is important for customers to know that they will never be charged a fee if they pick up the car during working hours. However, if you pick up the car between 00:00 and 07:00 hours, our “After-Hours”, the cost of your booking will be increased by 23 Euros.
COMPREHENSIVE INSURANCE
The insurance covers all damages except those mentioned in "damages caused which have to be paid".
HOW DO I BOOK
A CAR?
To book a car, you simply have to fill out a form with your details. You decide how you want to pay for the rental.

- Direct payment at your destination (Pre-payment)
When you send us your request for the vehicle you will be given a confirmation number which we will also confirm to you by e-mail. Confirmation of the booking is always carried out during “business hours”, within 48 hours from the time we receive your reservation request.
MY BOOKING HAS BEEN CONFIRMED
Once your booking has been accepted it becomes a Coupon which you can exchange for the rental car which you requested.
On the Car Hire Coupon you can check exactly where you have to go to pick up the car and which company will be lending its services. If you have any questions you can contact us on our Customer Service line.
WHAT KIND OF CREDIT CARDS CAN I USE?
If you wish to pay by credit card, we accept the following:
VISA, MASTERCARD
And you can have the peace of mind of knowing that all credit card payments are made through a private payment link to the pages of the issuing bank, so YOUR CREDIT CARD DETAILS ARE SAFE.
Remember that the cardholder who makes the payment must be the same person whose name appears in the Car Hire Contract. If this condition is not met, the customer will not be able to pick up the vehicle.
WHERE DO I PICK UP THE CAR?
We will always endeavour our partners to offer their pick-up services at the airport. If this service is not offered it is because we have found a more competitive price. If pick-up is not at the airport, you can see where to pick up the vehicle on your Car Hire Coupon. You should pick up your vehicle at the site listed on your Car Hire Coupon after the heading: “Partner Company”.
