Relleu Location
Between the Cabeço d'Or, the Sierra del Aguilar, the Sierra
Grana and the Sierra Carbonera. Relleu is best reached from Villajoyosa
on the road connecting Sella with Orxeta. Relleu can also be reached
from San Juan and Busot. 40 km from Alicante.
The town owes it name to its uneven topography
as the clayey soil of its extensive district, half way between the
Marina Baixa and L'Alicantí, is covered with mounts and hills.
