Like the rest of the island the area of Pollensa reflects in its gastronomy the tradition of the Mediterranean cooking.

Very known are the following dishes:
Pa amb oli, tumbet. Arroç brut. Coques de trempó I verdures, panades, llomb amb col, porcella, followed by an home-made ice-cream or gató d´ametlla… or a delicious ensaimada from Mallorca.
