La Cala Location
One of the inicial attractions of La Cala was its location on the mediterranean coast, opposite a beautiful bay which is split into two by the rocky tip of the old castle and facing south. All the other sides were protected from the dominating winds of Levante or from the cold Northern winds by mountain ranges.
