Time: Five hours and a half.

From Jerez del Marquesado we shall take Los Molino´s track (see route GR-12) until the Refugio (shelter) de Porterillo, after having crossed a track.

Leaving the track on the left and walking on to the west, we shall take a track which reaches a "threshing floor" from where we can see the Picón and Alto and Bajo´s Mirador.

We shall walk on along the track; then we must cross a hill, and farther we must leave the track to make our way to the hillock westwards. From the foot of the Mirador and in the same direction we must walk towards a lane to the south which, a bit farther, goes up through the northwest side of the dividing wallunti reaching the top of El Jerez.
