The XV Mediterranean Games will start on 24 June 2005 and
will finish on 3 of July.
As a venue Almería will held the Mediterranean Games
in the disciplines of: Archery, Athletics ,Beach Volleyball
,Bowls, Boxing, Cycling, Equestrian Sports, Football, Golf,
Artistic Gymnastics, Rhythmic Gymnastics, Handball, Handisport,
Judo, Karate, Sailing, Swimming, Volleyball, Waterpolo and
Weightlifting.
There are too subvenues for other competitions like: Canoe-Kayak
and Rowing in Cuevas de Almanzora; Basketball and Football
in El Ejido; Shooting in Gádor; Handball and Football
in Vícar and Roquetas de Mar and Tennis in Huercal
de Almería.
